Families with Children from Vietnam (FCV) of the National Capital Area is the local chapter of an adoption support network for families who have adopted from Vietnam and for prospective parents who wish to adopt a child from Vietnam. Our membership is made up of families from Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
